ISO 9001 Quality Management: Following hard work and adherence to strict guidelines, Celebrity officially became an ISO 9001 Quality Management certified operation in 2004.

FIDI (Association of International Household Removal Companies): We proudly earned our industry´s highest accreditation, FAIMPLUS certification in Quality Management (and the first in the world to attain the new Relocation Services (DSP) certification). This is awarded by Ernst & Young in Belgium exclusively to FIDI agents who meet strict criteria based on objective quality management. Moreover, for a second consecutive year we have successfully passed FAIM’s EY yearly Financial Assessment. We were also honoured to be awarded the FAIM Confirmation of Quality Assurance certificate for demonstrating a consistently high level of quality noted for our performance related to the FAIM Internal Audit requirements.

At Celebrity International Movers SA we are very excited to welcome a new era in privacy and data protection. We believe in the importance of the GDPR and thanks to our FAIMPLUS certification in Quality Management have actually instituted a lot of its measures long before it was enacted.

In view of the upcoming GDPR and in our on-going effort to provide you with premium services while protecting your rights and freedoms, Celebrity has committed to a number of initiatives to make sure we are ready and continue to improve even after the 25th May, 2018.

Among other things we have been:

Updating all our relevant policies including our Data Protection Policy and our Privacy Policy
Updating our third-party vendor contracts
Ongoing training of all our employees in specifically concerning the GDPR
Creation of new channels in order to address any requests made by our clients or colleagues related to their individual rights under the GDPR

How do you process my data?

During your visit to our website
We may collect information like your name or contact details in order to process a quotation request you have asked for. We may also collect website usage data in order to better understand how our website is being used. In either respect this is information that either you have to directly provide us with (by submitting a contact form) or that we will collect with your express cookie consent which you can change at any time (cookies settings).

During a relocation you assign to us
We are committed to providing your with outstanding service. During a relocation we will have to collect various personal data. We will always limit the data we collect to what is necessary for completing the services you have assigned to us at the quality level you have come to expect from us. We will not hold on to the data for any longer than is necessary and will always inform you unless we are legally bound to do otherwise. We will never use your data for anything other than the reason we collected it for without your express permission.

In either case you can rest assured that your information is subject to our Privacy Policy and Data Protection Policy, the strict data policies dictated by our Quality Certifications and of course the new GDPR.
